Is everything in your essential oil products natural?

Yes! We use the finest natural ingredients we can find. Our focus is on using pure botanicals- no absolutes- no fillers- no BS. We believe beauty, health and luxury can co-exist.

Where do you source your materials from?

The majority of our ingredients are sourced from within the United States. We do research to make sure our ethics align with those we source from. 

What is the shelf life of your products?

Since our products are truly all-natural and we do not use any unnatural preservatives at all, our products do have a shelf life, typically 12 months. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer. All of our liquid products include a totally natural preservative. In the rare case that you purchase one of our products and find that it is not at its freshest point, please email us so we can handle this on a case-by-case basis.

American made?

Yes, all of our products are made in our small production facility in Brooklyn, New York. 

Do your oil products contain any nut oils?

How soon can I expect my order?

Essences: After an order is placed, please allow up to 3 days for your order to ship. We handcraft small batches. Many of our items are made to order so they are at the peak of freshness when you receive them. Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. 

For U.S. Orders: After shipping, please allow 1-3 days for your order to arrive. 

For International Orders: We currently do not offer international shipping on our site HOWEVER- please contact us if you are outside of the US and would like to place an order. We have and will gladly accommodate!

RETURN POLICY

We aim to make you happy and trust that your purchase will live up to your expectation. Should your items arrived damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase in order to be eligible for refund.
